Musician, creator, friend.
Ben grew up in Watchung, New Jersey, and died at the age of 19. Too young.
He loved the ocean and the woods.
He loved taking things apart and figuring out how they worked.
He was quirky and funny and fun to be with.
As a sophomore at The College of New Jersey, Ben had planned to double major in musical performance and psychology. He excelled at the French horn and loved baking, cycling and skiing.
His favorite thing to do was create. He made benches, bookcases, shelves and more from raw lumber. And he rebuilt everything he found that he thought was worth saving, from steamer trunks to bicycles, all of which will be enjoyed by friends and family for years to come.
The best things about Ben?
He was great to spend time with.
And he could always be counted on for a good story.
He is missed every day by so many.
