Always had a joke or a funny story

I wish I had more than a few memories of Ben to share, but unfortunately, I don’t.

I remember meeting him in person for the first time at the beach over the summer, then more and more as the semester started. He always had a joke or a funny story to make you smile.

I feel so lucky that I got the chance to get closer to him during homecoming and our trip to Philly a few weeks ago. He was just so interesting and kind and warm. He brightened up every room he was in.

Though my memories are small in number, they weren’t in their impact. I’ll cherish every second I got to spend with him for the rest of my life.
