Ben's laugh

I think what I will remember most about Ben is his laugh. From when he was little and he thought everything was hysterically funny, to when he was older, and we were playing games or he was telling a funny story.

Ben was always so generous and concerned about others’ feelings, even as a little boy when he gave his cousin Lizzie the stuffed dinosaur he had won because Lizzie was sad she hadn’t won anything.

Ben, I would get so excited when you did an Instagram live refinishing furniture or making bread, because I could see you, even for just a few minutes, even though I couldn’t be there with you.

So smart and talented in so many ways - such a beautiful smile.

Ben, you are incredibly loved and missed. I will be forever grateful for your presence in my life.
