Miles upon miles of roads

To pick a single memory would be a difficult task. Ben was the kind of guy who made life exciting. Even through a devastating pandemic, this guy still went out of his way to make sure that you weren’t left out.

It was just a few short weeks ago when he asked me to let him drive all the way to South Plainfield to pick me up and bring me to campus. Not only did he make an hour drive to get me, but this man decides to pick up breakfast for us too.

The car ride was spent laughing and smiling, and that close/personal interaction is something that I’ll miss the most.

Ben, wherever he may be, I hope there are miles upon miles of roads for him to explore.
